Privacy Policy

Slip Builder helps you turn a natural-language request into a booking code on your chosen bet platform. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it plain — ask us if anything is unclear.

Who we are

Slip Builder is operated by Fasthost Tech ("we", "us", "our"), based in Ghana. Address: [Physical Address, Ghana]. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

We are registered with the Ghana Data Protection Commission [Registration Number — add when obtained]. We are not affiliated with SportyBet, or with any other bookmaker, or the Gaming Commission of Ghana.

Who this applies to

This policy covers visitors to our website/PWA, people who sign in with Google, and customers who buy Credits or build slips. The product is for adults aged 18 and over only.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

  • Google sign-in: your Google account id, email address, and display name from Google.
  • Age confirmation: a timestamp when you confirm you are 18+ before sign-in. We do not verify date of birth or run KYC.
  • Slip requests: the natural-language text you submit, the resolved selections, preview/book status, booking codes we receive from the bet platform, and Credit usage.
  • Payments: mobile-money phone number and network (MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo) for Paystack charges; Paystack transaction references and payment status. We do not store your mobile money PIN.
  • Device/usage: basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps, error logs) and optional product analytics to keep the service working.
  • Feedback you send us voluntarily.

How we use your information

We use your data to:

  • Create and secure your account.
  • Parse your request, resolve it against the bet platform's prematch data, and produce previews and booking codes.
  • Charge and deliver Credits, including mobile money payments through Paystack.
  • Show your History and (if you book) contribute a redacted entry to Recent builds — never your name or booking code.
  • Prevent abuse, fix bugs, and improve reliability.
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Legal bases (Ghana)

We process personal data under the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) on these bases: contract (providing the service you asked for), consent (where you opt in, e.g. analytics if enabled), and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement) balanced against your rights.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Slip Builder:

  • Google — authentication.
  • Paystack — mobile money payment processing.
  • OpenRouter — natural-language parsing (request text only as needed for extraction).
  • Bookmaker public APIs (SportyBet Ghana, and other bookmakers you choose for a slip) — odds lookup and booking-code creation for your selections.
  • Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers that store and process data on our behalf under contract.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Ghana. Where that happens, we use appropriate safeguards required by Ghana law and our contracts with those providers.

Retention

We keep account and History data while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute handling. Server logs are rotated on a short schedule unless needed for an investigation.

Your rights

Under Ghana law you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

Google sign-in data

Our use of information from Google Sign-In follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We use your Google account data only to authenticate you and manage your Slip Builder account — not for unrelated advertising or resale.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember draft text, and cache slip data on your device. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS, access controls, and hashed session tokens. No online service is perfectly secure — please use a strong Google account and keep your device safe.

If we become aware of a data breach likely to harm you, we will notify the Data Protection Commission as required and inform affected users where appropriate.

Children

Slip Builder is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor used the service, contact us and we will delete the account.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
