About Slip Builder

Slip Builder is a web tool that turns your natural-language betting selections into a booking code on SportyBet Ghana. You can also import a Betway Ghana booking code; its games are booked on SportyBet Ghana. Slip Builder is not owned, operated, or endorsed by SportyBet or Betway unless we say otherwise in writing. We are not a bookmaker, casino, or gambling operator. You place stakes yourself on the bookmaker's platform. We do not hold customer betting funds.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to use betting services in Ghana. Before Continue with Google, you tick to confirm you are 18+ and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This is self-declaration only — not identity verification. The bookmaker applies its own age and KYC checks when you stake.

Account

Sign-in is through Google only. You are responsible for your Google account security and for activity under your Slip Builder account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid units for using Slip Builder features — not gambling stakes and not e-money. Current pack prices and Credit costs are shown in the app.

• Preview: 1 Credit when at least one match is returned; 0 if nothing matches.
• Book: a flat 3 Credits when a booking code is returned, on either bet platform. If one Book returns more than one code, the price does not change.
• Matches we have to leave out do not raise the Preview or Book price.
• Payments are mobile money only via Paystack in Ghana cedis (GHS).
• If a bookmaker rejects a book after we charged Book Credits, we refund those Book Credits only — not Preview Credits or mobile money cash unless required by law.
• Credits are not transferable, have no cash value outside the service, and are not refundable except where stated or required by law.

What we provide — and what we do not

We aim to produce correct, bookable codes from catalog-backed selections. We do not guarantee:

• That every request can be built (some markets, dates, or phrases are outside our catalog).
• That odds will stay the same on the bet platform after preview.
• That a booking code will still be accepted by the bookmaker at stake time.
• Winnings, profits, or betting success.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Slip Builder lawfully and only for personal betting preparation in Ghana.
• Provide accurate information and not misuse the service (spam, scraping, reverse engineering, fraud, or bypassing limits).
• Stake responsibly. Betting can be addictive. Seek help if you need it.
• Comply with the bet platform's terms when you use their platform to stake.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to defraud us or Paystack, interfere with other users, or breach these Terms. We may refuse requests outside our closed catalog.

Intellectual property

Slip Builder's software, branding, and content belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. Do not copy or resell the service without permission.

No gambling advice

Slip Builder does not provide tips, sure odds, or financial advice. Generated slips are a convenience tool only. Bet responsibly — only stake what you can afford to lose.

Electronic transactions (Ghana)

When you buy Credits online, we disclose: operator name Fasthost Tech, physical address [Physical Address, Ghana], contact [email protected], service description, full price in GHS, Paystack mobile money payment method (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), refund rules above, and our Privacy Policy before you pay. Your purchase history is available in the app.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by Ghana law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost stakes on any bet platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the Credits you paid for in the 3 months before the claim or (b) GHS 100, except where Ghana law does not allow that limit.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms, except where caused by our negligence or fraud.

Changes

We may update features, pricing, or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Courts in Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
